GBA is a badminton club for players of various levels: from the absolute beginner to those who have been playing badminton for years.
Playing times are on Sundays 4.30 p.m. – 7.00 p.m. on all nine courts of Sporthal De Pijp, and on Wednesdays 7.00 p.m. – 11.00 p.m. on one court of the sports hall.
On Sundays, our terrific trainer gives training lessons for beginners and more advanced players.
At a modest extra cost you can also play at sports hall Reade during the summer months of July and August. Playing times during that period are on Sundays 4.30 p.m. – 7.00 p.m.
There is no need to stay on the sidelines, unless you want to, of course!
Our members are just as mixed and varried as the population of Amsterdam. They come from all parts of the world, especially from Asia, where Badminton is a very popular sport. We now also have quite a few female players.
